Building Advoira: Why It Exists

I’m starting this journal to share the journey of building Advoira — the ideas, conversations, lessons, and decisions that shape it along the way.
Not everything needs to be perfect before it is shared. Sometimes, the most valuable part of building something is showing how it evolves.
Why Advoira Exists
When businesses decide to improve their operations, one of the first questions they often ask is:
“Which CRM or ERP should we choose?”
But I believe there is another question that should come first:
“What do we actually need, and what is the right way to solve it?”
CRM and ERP decisions can have a long-term impact on how a business manages customers, processes, data, and day-to-day operations. Yet, the conversation often starts with comparing software instead of understanding the business problem.
That is where I believe CRM consulting can make a difference.
Before looking at features, pricing, or booking another product demo, businesses need to understand their requirements and the type of solution they actually need. This could mean speaking with a CRM consultant, an ERP consultant, or someone who can help them evaluate different approaches objectively.
Beyond CRM Software Selection
CRM software selection is not simply about finding a platform with the longest feature list.
A CRM that works well for one business may not be the right fit for another. The same applies to ERP systems. Business processes, team size, existing tools, integrations, budget, and future plans can all influence the decision.
That is why I’m building Advoira.
The idea is to help businesses take a step back, understand their requirements, explore their options, and connect with relevant CRM and ERP consultants before committing to a software or implementation decision.
The goal is simple: help businesses have the right conversation before making a major software decision.
Because sometimes, the right place to begin is not with a product demo — but with a conversation.
Talk before you hire.
This is the beginning of Advoira’s journey, and I’ll be sharing more as we build, learn, and grow.
