These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Advoira platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using Advoira, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About Advoira

Advoira is a discovery and matching platform that connects:

• Businesses seeking CRM & ERP guidance
• Independent consultants
• Consulting firms / agencies

Advoira does not directly provide CRM or ERP implementation services. We facilitate discovery and introductions between users.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Consultant Responsibilities

If you register as a consultant or consultancy, you agree that:

• All information in your profile is accurate
• You have the right to provide the services listed
• Certifications and claims are truthful
• You will conduct yourself professionally

You are solely responsible for the services you provide to clients. Advoira does not guarantee the quality, outcome, or performance of any consultant.

4. Business Responsibilities

If you use Advoira as a business:

• You are responsible for evaluating consultants
• You agree that Advoira does not guarantee project success
• Any agreement between you and a consultant is independent of Advoira

Advoira is not a party to contracts formed between users.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

A. Consultant & Team Plans

Consultants and consultancies may subscribe to paid plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees
• Allow recurring billing (monthly or yearly)
• Manage cancellations before renewal

All payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

B. Pricing Changes

Advoira reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions may continue under prior terms until renewal.

6. No Commission Model

Advoira does not charge commissions on deals closed between consultants and businesses. All commercial agreements are handled directly between parties.

7. Platform Role & Limitation

Advoira:

• Provides search and discovery tools
• May offer recommendation logic
• Facilitates visibility

Advoira does NOT:

• Guarantee project outcomes
• Mediate payment disputes
• Act as an employer or agent
• Provide legal or financial advice

We are a technology platform, not a service provider.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Harass or abuse other users
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or exploit the platform

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and platform functionality belong to Advoira. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform content without written permission. Consultants retain ownership of their profile content but grant Advoira a license to display it publicly.

10. Privacy

Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Advoira, you consent to data practices described there.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts:

• For violation of Terms
• For fraudulent behavior
• For misuse of the platform
• At our discretion where necessary

Users may terminate their accounts at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Advoira shall not be liable for: Indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or business, disputes between users, consultant performance or project failure. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Advoira harmless from any claims arising out of: Your services, your agreements with other users, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law
