Important NOTICE : Advoira is an independently operated online platform and is not a registered company, corporation, or legal entity in any jurisdiction. This platform is in its early stage of operation. All policies, features, and terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice. By using this platform, you acknowledge and accept this.

1. About Advoira

Advoira ("Advoira", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") is an independently operated online platform that facilitates discovery and communication between businesses seeking CRM and ERP advisory expertise and independent consultants or consultancies who offer such services.

Advoira is NOT any of the following:

  • A registered company, corporation, partnership, or any other legally incorporated entity
  • An employer of any consultant listed on the platform
  • An agent, representative, or affiliate of any consultant, consultancy, or firm listed on the platform
  • A partner, reseller, affiliate, or representative of any CRM, ERP, or SaaS software vendor including but not limited to Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Odoo, NetSuite, or any other software company
  • A guarantor of any services, outcomes, or deliverables provided by any consultant on the platform
  • A party to any agreement, contract, or arrangement between a business and a consultant facilitated through the platform

Advoira serves solely as a neutral, independent discovery platform. Any engagement, agreement, payment arrangement, or project between a business and a consultant is entirely between those two parties.

2. Platform Status & Evolving Nature

Advoira is currently in its early stage of operation. This means:

  • Features, functionality, and policies are being actively developed and are subject to frequent change
  • This Privacy Policy itself may be updated, revised, or completely rewritten at any time
  • New sections may be added and existing sections may be removed without prior notice
  • The platform may experience periods of unavailability, limited functionality, or experimental features

Your continued use of the platform following any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically. We will update the effective date at the top of this document when changes are made.

Given the early-stage nature of the platform, certain systems, processes, and safeguards that would be standard for a mature platform may not yet be fully in place. By using Advoira, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this.

3. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide Voluntarily

When you register, create a profile, or use the platform, you may provide:

  • Full name and professional title
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Company or consultancy name
  • City, country, and timezone
  • Professional background, expertise, and service descriptions
  • Profile photo
  • LinkedIn profile URL
  • Professional website URL
  • Certifications and qualifications (self-reported)
  • Billing and payment information (processed by third-party payment providers only)

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of any information you submit. Advoira does not independently verify the credentials, qualifications, experience, certifications, or any other professional claims made by consultants on the platform.

B. Automatically Collected Information

When you use the platform, we may automatically collect:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type and operating system
  • Pages visited and navigation patterns
  • Session duration and timestamps
  • Referring URLs

This information is used solely to maintain platform functionality, improve user experience, and identify technical issues.

C. Cookies and Tracking

We may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain login sessions, analyze traffic patterns, and improve platform usability. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function as intended as a result. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking purposes at this time.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely for the following purposes:

  • Creating and maintaining your account
  • Displaying consultant profiles publicly on the platform (for consultants who have registered and consented)
  • Facilitating discovery and initial contact between businesses and consultants
  • Processing subscription payments through secure third-party payment providers
  • Sending essential account-related communications and platform updates
  • Improving platform performance and user experience
  • Detecting and preventing fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised use of the platform

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not use your information for advertising purposes or share it with advertisers.

5. Consultant Profiles — Public Visibility

If you register as a consultant or consultancy on Advoira, you explicitly consent to the following:

  • Your profile information including name, professional background, expertise, services offered, location (city/country), and profile photo will be publicly visible on the platform
  • Your profile may appear in search engine results as Advoira is indexed by search engines
  • Your profile may be shared or featured by Advoira in promotional materials, social media posts, or marketing content related to the platform

You are entirely responsible for the accuracy of the information displayed on your profile. Advoira does not verify, validate, or endorse any claims made in consultant profiles including but not limited to:

  • Years of experience
  • Certifications or qualifications
  • Past clients or project outcomes
  • Software expertise or tool proficiency
  • Industry specialisations

Advoira expressly disclaims any liability arising from inaccurate, misleading, or false information contained in consultant profiles. Businesses engaging with consultants do so entirely at their own risk and discretion.

6. No Affiliation with Software Vendors

Advoira is entirely independent and has no affiliation, partnership, endorsement relationship, or commercial arrangement with any software vendor, including but not limited to:

  • Zoho Corporation or any Zoho products
  • Salesforce, Inc. or any Salesforce products
  • HubSpot, Inc. or any HubSpot products
  • Oracle Corporation or any Oracle products
  • SAP SE or any SAP products
  • Microsoft Corporation or any Microsoft products
  • Odoo SA or any Odoo products
  • Oracle NetSuite or any NetSuite products
  • Any other CRM, ERP, or SaaS software company

The mention of any software product or company name on this platform is for descriptive and informational purposes only. Advoira does not receive any referral fees, commissions, or payments from any software vendor. Advoira does not recommend or endorse any specific software product.

7. No Affiliation with Consultants

Advoira has no employment, agency, or formal contractual relationship with any consultant or consultancy listed on the platform. Specifically:

  • Consultants are independent professionals and are not employees, contractors, or agents of Advoira
  • Advoira does not supervise, direct, or control the services provided by any consultant
  • Advoira does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, accuracy, or outcomes of any consultant's services
  • Advoira is not a party to any agreement between a business and a consultant
  • Any dispute between a business and a consultant is entirely between those parties and does not involve Advoira
  • Advoira does not mediate, arbitrate, or resolve disputes between businesses and consultants

By using this platform, both businesses and consultants acknowledge that Advoira's role is limited to providing a digital space for discovery and initial connection only.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share limited information only in the following circumstances:

  • With trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating the platform (such as hosting providers, analytics services, and payment processors), strictly for those operational purposes and subject to confidentiality obligations
  • When required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government request
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Advoira, its users, or the public
  • To enforce these terms or investigate potential violations

We do not share personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for marketing purposes.

9. Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). Advoira does not store, handle, or have access to full payment card details. All payment data is governed by the privacy policy of the respective payment processor. Advoira does not take any commission or percentage from projects conducted between businesses and consultants outside of the platform's subscription model.

10. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information stored on our platform against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure.

BY USING THIS PLATFORM, YOU EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THAT:

  • Advoira cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or stored on the platform
  • Advoira is not liable for any breach, loss, or unauthorised access to your data that occurs despite reasonable security measures
  • As an early-stage platform, certain enterprise-grade security features may not yet be fully implemented

You use this platform at your own risk with respect to data security. We strongly recommend you do not submit highly sensitive personal or financial information beyond what is necessary to create your profile.

11. Your Rights & Data Control

You have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

  • Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction: You may update or correct inaccurate information through your account settings or by contacting us
  • Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data
  • Withdrawal of consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at: privacy@advoira.com Please note that given the early-stage nature of the platform, response times and processes for handling such requests may not yet be fully formalised. We will make reasonable efforts to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Advoira, its operators, and any individuals associated with its operation shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform
  • Any loss resulting from reliance on information displayed on consultant profiles
  • Any loss arising from a transaction, engagement, or dispute between a business and a consultant
  • Any data breach, loss of data, or security incident
  • Any platform downtime, errors, or technical failures
  • Any changes to the platform, its features, or its policies
  • Any outcome of a CRM or ERP implementation or advisory engagement

Advoira provides the platform strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied.

13. Third-Party Links

The platform may contain links to external websites including consultant websites, LinkedIn profiles, and software vendor websites. Advoira is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or data handling of any third-party website. Visiting any external link is entirely at your own risk.

14. Children's Privacy

Advoira is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a minor has submitted personal data, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update, modify, or completely replace this Privacy Policy at any time, with or without prior notice. Given that Advoira is an early-stage platform undergoing active development, changes may be frequent and significant.

Changes will be effective immediately upon being published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree with the updated policy, you must discontinue use of the platform.

We are not obligated to notify individual users of changes to this policy, though we may choose to do so at our discretion.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

As Advoira is not currently a registered legal entity in any jurisdiction, there is no specific governing law or jurisdiction formally applicable at this time. Any disputes or claims relating to this policy or the platform will be handled on a good-faith basis by the platform operator.

As the platform grows and formalises, this section will be updated to reflect the registered jurisdiction and applicable governing law.
