Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which subscriptions to Advoira may be canceled and whether refunds apply. By subscribing to any Advoira plan, you agree to this policy.

1. Subscription Overview

Advoira operates on a subscription-based model for Individual Consultants and Consulting Firms. Unlike other platforms, we do not charge commissions on client engagements. Subscription fees cover platform access and visibility.

2. Individual Consultant Plans

Monthly Plan ($19)

Billed monthly (recurring)
Cancel any time
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
No partial refunds for unused time.

Annual Plan ($11/mo)

Billed upfront annually
Significant discount
Cancellable anytime
Access remains active until the end of the billing term.
Non-refundable once active

3. Team / Consultancy Plans

Team plans (Starter, Growth, Scale) follow a monthly billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.

                     
                    Note: Downgrades or removals of team seats will take effect in the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for unused slots mid-month.
                

4. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If Advoira offers a free trial:

No charges will apply during the trial period.
Once the trial ends, billing begins automatically unless canceled beforehand.
No refunds for charges incurred after trial expiration.

5. Refund Eligibility

Advoira generally does not offer refunds, except for the following technical errors:

Duplicate billing due to technical glitches.
System malfunctions causing incorrect charges.

Refund requests must be submitted via email within 7 days of the charge.

6. No Refund for Lack of Leads or Engagement
